A preview of upcoming Windows 7 features

We are working on implementing Windows 7 features into Online Radio Tuner. If you haven’t yet familiarized  yourself with Windows 7, please do. It is in many ways an awesome operating system. Of course, the current version of Online Radio Tuner works perfectly with Windows 7, but in order to get the most of your experience, we are working on implementing the special new taskbar feature of Windows 7.

Taskbar Jump List.

When you right-click on the running taskbar icon for Online Radio Tuner to open the Jump List, you will now have 2 destinations and 5 user tasks.

The 2 destinations will open you current Recording Folder, and the second one opens your default web browser and navigates to our home page. The Tasks are a quick way to start playing your Quick Favorites.

Aero peek buttons.

We also have added 3 buttons in the Aero peek window. When you hover the mouse over the Online Radio Tuner, you will find 3 additional buttons, Play, Stop and Mute/Un-mute. This is a great way to quickly reach these functions when you have a lot of windows open.

Wow that looks really cool.. Love when an app has a Jump list in W7, and being able to control online radio tuner from the Aero preview is really cool… Ever seen the MS zune softwares mini player.. in addition to the Aero peek version, it be nice if there were an album art with text overlay for song title and artist similar to the mini mode in the MS Zune software with the basic controls your putting in the Peek view player, but can be kept onscreen
