Request for help from our users

Recently we added support for sending error reports back anonymously.

This seems to work great, we receive reports, and this will help us getting Online Radio Tuner to work much better in the future.

However, one error message has got us puzzled, since we haven’t found a solid way of reproducing it:

“The request for security token could not be satisfied because authentication failed.”

Our assumption is that this happens when the presets are about to be updated.

For those of you who sees this error message, could you please send us some additional information:

- Operating system ? Windows XP/Vista/7?

- 32 or 64bit?

- Are your PC a member of an AD domain?

- The user account you are using, is it a local admin account?

- Antivirus, which type?

-Firewall, which type?

    I downloaded OnLine Radio Tuner so i can listen to a radio station program; but i can’t figure out how to launch it to record the program.
